Food security is a matter of national importance. In recent years, Aiju Group has actively implemented the Belt and Road Initiative by exploring new models of food security supply chains, establishing a closed loop spanning the entire cross-border chain from seed to table. Pingle has joined hands with Aiju Group to jointly build flour processing production lines in the Kazakhstan park, facilitating the systematic introduction of Chinese grain machinery, technical standards, and engineering services in Central Asia.
Exploring the Silk Road Granary: Visiting Aiju Park
To promote high-quality Belt and Road cooperation and accelerate overseas market expansion, Li Jianjun, Chairman of Pingle, recently led a delegation to Central Asia for research, and conducted an in-depth visit and exchange at Aiju Group's agricultural product processing and logistics park in Kazakhstan.

In the park, the flour processing project co-built by Aiju Group and Pingle Grain Tech was completed and put into operation in July 2025. The project features three 220-ton steel-structured flour production lines, with each line capable of processing 220 tons of wheat per day. Operating in parallel, the three lines achieve a combined daily capacity of 660 tons, supporting an annual processing capacity of up to 200,000 tons (calculated on a 300-day basis). It is currently one of the modern flour processing bases in Central Asia with a leading single-site scale and a relatively high level of automation.

On-site Field Research: Equipment Wins High Recognition
Accompanied by the head of Aiju's Kazakhstan park, Chairman Li Jianjun and his delegation toured the project's production frontline. Inside the neatly organized, modern workshop, the three 220-ton steel-structured flour production lines built by Pingle Grain Tech were running steadily. During the inspection, Chairman Li Jianjun gained a detailed understanding of equipment operation, production management, product sales, and employment conditions, and also expressed keen interest in the park's future development plans.

The head of Aiju's Kazakhstan park stated that the steel-structured complete equipment solution provided by Pingle fully adapts to Kazakhstan's extreme climate. Over the past year of operation, the production lines have maintained excellent overall working conditions. The optimized process solution has successfully met the processing requirements of the local high-protein, hard, high-quality wheat. The finished flour is highly nutritious and deeply favored by customers, with brisk market sales. The workshop manager also noted that Pingle's flour production line—from cleaning and conveying to milling and final packing—achieves a high degree of automation, effectively saving labor and significantly improving production efficiency.

Deepening Two-Way Empowerment: Expanding Cooperation Space
Subsequently, the two sides held discussions on topics such as flour production line operations, industrial chain synergy, and future cooperation directions. Lu Peijie, head of Aiju's Kazakhstan park, spoke highly of Pingle Grain Tech's service quality in terms of product quality, supply assurance, and contract fulfillment. He expressed strong confidence in the project's sustained profitability and eagerly looks forward to further deepening cooperation between the two sides.

Chairman Li Jianjun stated that Pingle Grain Tech, with its deep expertise in intelligent manufacturing of grain machinery, not only helps Aiju Group build a model of China-Kazakhstan investment cooperation, but is also committed to establishing a benchmark for Chinese grain machinery in Central Asia. In the future, Pingle will further expand cooperation space with Aiju, deepen their strategic partnership, and jointly seize potential market opportunities, promoting the sustained improvement of quality and efficiency in overseas business through a collaborative model of two-way empowerment and mutual benefit. During the talks, the two sides also reached broad consensus on long-term and in-depth cooperation.

Creating a Win-Win Future Together
Value creation, mutual benefit, and win-win cooperation. Going forward, Pingle Grain Tech will continue to build on its foundation of professional grain machinery manufacturing, centered on high-end customized grain machinery engineering solutions, and work hand in hand with partners for shared success — writing the quality and commitment of Chinese manufacturing across the world's granaries.
