● Li Haiping: Sure. This is a 200-ton multi-story steel-structured flour milling project. The raw material processed is durum wheat, and the core product is semolina — the dedicated raw material for pasta. This is a customized turnkey project: the customer presents the requirements, and we handle planning, design, equipment configuration, and installation and commissioning, delivering a one-stop integrated solution.

Could you introduce the outstanding advantages of this 200-ton multi-story steel-structured flour milling project?
● Li Haiping: During the initial project communication, we recommended the multi-story steel-structured solution to the customer, who highly recognized it. The advantages of this solution are very prominent.
First, short construction period and low investment. We adopt an integrated design that combines equipment with the steel structure, greatly shortening the construction cycle while reducing overall construction costs.
Second, the plant is relocatable. This structure is not a permanent fixed building. If production needs to be adjusted in the future, the equipment retains a high residual value, lowering the customer's investment risk.
Third, wide capacity coverage and advanced technology. Pingle's multi-story steel-structured series covers daily processing capacities ranging from 100 tons to 360 tons. ● Editor: Manager Li, this 200-ton flour milling project uses hard durum wheat as raw material and needs to produce high-quality semolina to meet pasta production standards, which is quite challenging in terms of processing. How did we help the customer achieve this goal through process design?
● Li Haiping: Based on the actual conditions of the project's location and the customer's investment capacity, we adopted a localized design as the core concept. In response to the high hardness of durum wheat, we selected Pingle's classic PLMFKA pneumatic control roller mill, FQFD purifier, FSFG plansifter, and other advanced milling equipment, as well as high-performance cleaning and dust removal equipment. In terms of the process, we made a unique design — extending the key milling passages and strengthening purification intensity to effectively separate bran and coarse particles, ensuring full extraction of high-quality semolina. The entire process adopts low-temperature milling to maximize nutrient retention, providing high-quality raw materials for pasta from the source. After the customer put it into production, the products sold well and received high recognition from end users.
