Farovon Group is a leading flour processing enterprise in Tajikistan, comparable to Wudeli in China's domestic market, and is known as the "Tajik Wudeli." Mr. Bakhtur is one of the core shareholders of Farovon Group, possessing outstanding strategic vision and management capabilities. In 2008, after an on-site inspection, Mr. Bakhtur made the first purchase of Pingle's 160-ton steel-structured milling equipment, marking the official establishment of cooperation between the two sides. Over the nearly two decades since then, Farovon Group has continuously deepened its partnership with Pingle, successively repurchasing three sets of 200-ton equipment, as well as 500-ton and 600-ton milling equipment. To date, Farovon Group's total annual production capacity has increased to nearly 2,000 tons, firmly positioning it among the top flour suppliers in Central Asia.
Built on Trust: From Equipment Supplier to Strategic Partner

Editor: The leap in Farovon Group's production capacity from 160 tons to 2,000 tons is truly remarkable. Mr. Bakhtur's repeated purchases are the strongest testament to Pingle's quality.
Li Haiping: Indeed. In 2014, a grand opening ceremony was held for Farovon Group's 500-ton project, and Tajikistan's President Emomali Rahmon personally attended the event. Pingle's General Manager Wu Junyong was also invited. On that occasion, Mr. Bakhtur told General Manager Wu that his initial choice of Pingle was because its products precisely matched his stringent quality requirements, and that his continued choice of Pingle was because Pingle had evolved into a strategic partner worthy of trust — whether in technological innovation, system integration, or full-lifecycle services, all of which have provided solid support for Farovon Group's rapid growth.

Editor: Manager Li, what do you think accounts for Mr. Bakhtur's high praise for Pingle?
Ultimately, it comes down to three factors:
First, the sustained reliability of equipment quality. From the 160-ton to the 600-ton systems, over nearly two decades of operation, Pingle's milling equipment has consistently delivered efficient, stable, and dependable performance, directly supporting Farovon Group's stepwise capacity expansion and strategic extension of its market footprint.
Second, the in-depth assurance of full-lifecycle service capability. In early 2020, when COVID-19 broke out globally, Farovon Group's 600-ton project was at a critical installation stage. Facing multiple challenges such as logistics disruptions and personnel restrictions, the Pingle team responded quickly, mobilized resources across various channels, and overcame numerous obstacles, ultimately ensuring the project was successfully put into operation in October 2020. This greatly enhanced Mr. Bakhtur's recognition of Pingle's service resilience and professionalism.
Third, a localized process innovation capability tailored to local conditions. Based on the varietal characteristics and processing requirements of Tajikistan's domestic wheat, Pingle customized a complete localized process solution for Farovon Group—from raw grain receiving and enhanced cleaning sections to scientifically configured flour post-processing sections. Through meticulous design and continuous optimization, flour quality has improved step by step, fully satisfying the high standards required for Farovon Group's international products.

Winning in the Long Run: Full-Lifecycle Services Safeguarding Global Markets
Editor: Manager Li, the 600-ton production line of Farovon Group has been operating successfully for six years. What is its current operating status?
Li Haiping: At present, both the 500-ton and 600-ton production lines are running smoothly overall, with the equipment well-maintained in appearance and core performance indicators remaining stable and efficient. Pingle's overseas service team conducts regular annual visits, providing professional maintenance and care, which effectively ensures the operational efficiency of the equipment. Backed by Pingle's high-quality machinery, Farovon Group has grown into a premium flour supplier in Central Asia. Its products hold a dominant share in the local Tajikistan market, and the market prospects continue to look promising.

The success of Tajikistan's Farovon Group is but one vivid example of Pingle's global customer value practice. With customer satisfaction as the yardstick and value creation as the mission, Pingle has always held fast to this belief. Looking ahead, Pingle will continue to stay true to its original aspiration of "everything for the customer" and, with stronger product and service capabilities, work hand in hand with global partners to write an even more brilliant chapter.
