Welcome to Pingle Group
Pingle Group, established in 1991, is a supplier of Grain Machinery Engineering Equipment/Flour Mill Plant integrating R&D, design, production, installation, and commissioning. The company focuses on the business of complete sets of grain (wheat/ maize) processing equipment, undertakes the turn-key project for complete sets of grain processing equipment with steel structure building and steel silos, and can provide scientific and integrated solutions of grain fine-processing equipment and process technology.
Its product markets cover major grain producing areas across China, and the products are exported to 40 countries and regions including Brazil, Egypt, Ethiopia, India, Russia, Britain, and Tajikistan.
The company has a province-level R&D technical center with 85 engineers and technicians, and now establishes a design system with multi-dimensional integration of architectural foundation design, flour-milling process engineering design, electric automatization design, and product R&D design. It has more than 160 licensed patents including 19 self-invented patents.
The company has more than 300 pieces/sets of modern equipment of R&D, production/manufacture, and testing/detection, and more than 100 front line technical workers; the good staff quality, and advanced processing equipment ensure the company capability of designing, producing and manufacturing excellent products with advanced performance and stable quality.
The company, passing the certification of ISO9001:2000 in 2002, advocates the staff participation in quality control, and depends on advanced testing equipment and complete testing means, with a view to making each productive link kept under control, and thus establishing an effective mechanism under which each staff member pays close attention to quality, and links are connected mutually to ensure quality.
The company has after-sale service teams responsible for site management and supervision and guidance of equipment installation as well as after-sale quality. With a view to ensuring timeliness of after-sale service for overseas clients, the company set up branch companies in Brazil, India, Ethiopia, Kenya and Zambia, so as to provide clients with exhibition of new products, supply of parts and spare parts, roller processing, and after-sale service support.
